Section 1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the winrm 18 platform, including its website, mobile application, services, and all content provided by winrm 18. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or register an account on winrm 18.

Section 3 Registration & Account Management

Section 5 Withdrawal

Winrm 18 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be under the same member's name.
• Members using a bonus must fulfil the full wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Winrm 18 processes withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for standard cases. Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require up to 24 hours to process.
